Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for purchasing from Luxe Homescape! We take pride in creating unique, high-quality textured art pieces. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refund

  • Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return or refund.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be:

    • Unharmed and undamaged.

    • In the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom pieces, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return or refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective artwork:

  • Notification: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof: Provide photographs and a description of the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the issue.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your artwork.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an artwork for a different piece:

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item.

  • Process: Follow the return process and place a new order for the desired artwork.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check: First, check your bank account and contact your credit card company.

  • Packaging: We take utmost care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage during transit.
